Paul Butcher – Chairman
CA, BSc (Politics and International Studies), Diploma Australian Institute of Company Directors and currently is the Managing Director of the Damovo Group UK.
Paul became a member of the Board in December of 2007 and was nominated as Chairman in August of 2008
Andrew Denton – Vice Chairman
Executive Director, Hillscorp Developments
Andrew has been a member of the Board since August 2007 and was appointed as Vice Chairman in October of 2008.
Gerard Byrne
Social Program Secretary – the Salvation Army Recovery Services Command.
Gerard has qualifications in the following areas:
Social Sciences, Alcohol and Other Drug Work, Psychotherapy, Clinical Supervision and Business Management.
Gerard was appointed to the Board in May 2009

Mark Hill – Chief Executive Officer
Mark joined ONE80TC in March 2010. He has been a major supporter of ONE80TC for a while now and so knows us well. Mark has 20 years experience in heavy industry working for BHP Billiton as Superintendant of Rolling Mill operations. During this time with BHP he obtained his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Mark also ran his own small business having a chain of surf shops located in Sydney, Central Coast & Sunshine Coast. In more recent years he became an Ordained Minister of religion then worked as a pastor in a Pastoral Care Department.
Mal Feebrey – Ambassador 
Mal has been involved with ONE80TC since 1998 when he opened the NSW Teen challenge as the program manager.
Mals qualifications include Registered nurse, Bachelor of Health Science, Ordained Minister. His experience includes social education, drug & alcohol, mental health and community speaking.
Mal has served on the Board of NADA (Network of Alcohol & other Drugs Agencies).
Mal is married with 3 children
Gail Davies – Centre Manager 
Gail has been with ONE80TC for 4+ years she was appointed Centre Manager in 2009. While at ONE80TC Gail has worked directly with our clients in the capacity of counsellor, case manager and program coordinator. Gail’s professional experience includes; 25 years experience in various leadership and management roles, 10 years as a professional counsellor, including the development of a professional counselling service in the greater Sydney area for low income individuals and families.
Gail holds a Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management, Diploma of Counselling and Group Work, a Graduate Diploma of Systemic Therapy, and a certificate of Mediation. She also holds a Certificate IV in Alcohol & other Drugs and Certificate IV of Youth Worke.
Sixteen years ago Gail broke a 22 year cycle-of-addiction in her own life, which caused her to re-think her professional career and repositioned herself to help others find their healing and freedom. Through her life experiences, journey of recovery and professional training Gail continues her passion in helping people find their way forward, their healing, their restoration and their purpose for their lives!
Matt Randell – Program development and Training Coordinator 
Matt has been with ONE80TC for over 2 years and has recently completed his Certificate IV in Alcohol & other Drugs through TAFE. Matt has really strong mentoring capabilities and easily wins the trust and respect of the student body
Barry Denton – Extended Care Coordinator 
Barry has been with ONE80TC for over 4 years and brings over 36 years of his experience in Pastoral Care & Community work, to his current role as Extended Care Coordinator. Before this current appointment, Barry served as Centre Manger of ONE80TC at a period of time when the Centre was engaged in a major rebuilding of its staff and an extensive refurbishment of its premises
