Our Vision

We succeed in rescuing lives from the devastating effects of alcohol and drug addiction, restoring hope and rebuilding families.

ONE80TC programs help men and women in their journey of recovery to break the cycle of alcohol and drug addictions and other life controlling issues, and rebuild their lives with a positive attitude, responsibility and trust.

our values

Transformation: We believe everyone can be transformed by the renewing of their mind, which will fundamentally help them change the pathway they choose to take.

Integrity: Our commitment to integrity promotes our culture of honesty, transparency and accountability, which shapes our focus to excellent governance, stewardship, operations and ministry.

Relationships: We are deeply committed to unified, purpose-filled relationships both within our organisation and all external partners and stakeholders.

Teamwork: ONE80TC is committed to a professional approach undergirded by evidence based and best practice work methods with our foundation always grounded in Christian principles. We believe that quality of program and excellence in outcomes is achieved by the strategic recruitment of staff who are committed to the health and wellbeing of all students in the ONE80TC program.

Our Mission

Since 1977, ONE80TC has set the benchmark for rehabilitation in NSW with our Men’s and Women’s Residential Programs, Day Programs, Aftercare Program, Smart Recovery and early intervention #NotEvenOnce® School Program.

ONE80TC provides an environment where those needing help to overcome life controlling issues and addictions can feel loved, accepted and cared for. Our vision is to help people put their lives back together and set them on a pathway to success through either of our Residential Programs, our Aftercare and Outreach Programs or our Day Program.

We also realise the importance of early intervention and prevention and facilitate an alcohol and other drug program #NotEvenOnce® which is run through schools and community groups. In addition to rehabilitation services, we have a focus on self-identity, family, relationships and personal development.

Our programs are run as therapeutic communities and once participants complete our programs, they are encouraged to integrate back into the community and prepare to enter the workforce or gain further education.

For more details on the ONE80TC Residential Centre, please see Dr Danuta Chessor of the School of Psychology, University of Western Sydney, who provided an independent evaluation of our program.
