We succeed in rescuing lives from the devastating effects of alcohol and drug addiction to restore hope and rebuild families.
ONE80TC (sometimes known as ‘180tc’) delivers professional, evidence-based programs that support lasting life change.
Grounded in Christian principles, our approach focuses on recovery, wellbeing and personal development.
As a leading residential rehabilitation service in Sydney, we support individuals experiencing substance use, mental health and co-occurring (co-existing) conditions. We recognise that these challenges are often connected to broader needs, including trauma, life skills and social disconnection.
Our structured residential program builds capacity for independent living, improves daily functioning and supports long-term wellbeing. Through therapeutic support, routine, life skills development and community connection, participants are equipped to rebuild their lives with purpose and stability. We also support individuals with psychosocial disability through recovery-focused programs aligned with NDIS support categories.
Since 1977, ONE80TC has been restoring hope and rebuilding lives. Our programs support men to address underlying challenges, develop practical life skills and participate meaningfully in the community, with ongoing aftercare to support sustained recovery and social inclusion.
ONE80TC’sresidential programs support men in to break the cycle of substance abuse and other life-controlling behaviours. Through a structured and supportive environment, participants build their lives with responsibility and trust.
The Aftercare Outreach Program provides individual weekly case management for those who wish to be held accountable to stay clean and sober as part of their recovery or detox journey.
The Day Rehabilitation Program is a relapse prevention and harm minimisation therapy group open to both men and women to strengthen and support each other in recovery with the aim of breaking the cycle of any addiction.
ONE80TC provides an environment where individuals facing life-controlling issues, substance use, mental health challenges and co-occurring conditions can feel valued, accepted and cared for. Grounded in Christian principles, our program focuses on transformation, equipping participants with the tools to build independence, develop life skills and achieve lasting recovery.
TRANSITION PROGRAM
ONE80TC's Transition Program prepares individuals for entry into the residential program, equipping them with practical tools and strategies for recovery, wellbeing and personal development. Through structured support and clear expectations, participants are supported to engage in the program and achieve lasting change.
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
Our residential program in NSW provides a safe and supportive environment for men experiencing substance use, mental health challenges and co-occurring conditions. Participants are supported to break unhelpful patterns and rebuild their lives through developing independence, responsibility and practical life skills.
The program combines structure with personal development, supporting participants to improve daily functioning and work towards long-term independence and stability.

The Aftercare Outreach Program provides individual weekly case management for those who wish to be held accountable to stay clean and sober as part of their recovery or detox journey.
SMART Recovery groups are run by trained peers and professionals where participants come to help themselves and help each other using a variety of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and motivational tools and techniques. March 2018 saw the engagement of Western Sydney University to produce a“program outcome evaluation report” looking at the effectiveness of the NEO program. In summary the following was noted in the report: “For the NSW and Tasmanian samples combined, a statistically significant difference were found between pre and post seminar means for use of alcohol and drugs. These findings indicate that students across NSW and Tasmania(combined and as individual states) reported to be significantly less likely to use alcohol and drugs following participation in the seminar.”

#NotEvenOnce® is an early intervention program presented to high school students, organisations and community groups to help build resilience and understanding around drugs and alcohol. This progoram is currently on hold.
