ONE80TC supports individuals experiencing substance dependence, mental health challenges and co-occurring conditions, with a focus on building independence, wellbeing and long-term life change.
We focus on empowering people to achieve lifelong recovery through a holistic and faith-based approach that recognises the complexity of substance use and mental health.
As one of Sydney’s leading rehabilitation services, our mission is to restore hope, rebuild families and support participants live meaningful and independent lives.
Transformation: We believe every person can experience transformation through the renewing of their mind, leading to lasting change and a new direction in life.
Integrity: Our commitment to integrity shapes a culture of honesty, transparency and accountability, guiding our governance, stewardship and daily operations.
Relationships: We value strong, purpose-driven relationships within our organisation and with our partners, families and broader community.
Teamwork: We are committed to a professional, evidence-based approach, grounded in Christian principles. Through collaborative teamwork and dedicated staff, we support the wellbeing, growth and independence of all participants in the ONE80TC program.

Since 1977, ONE80TC (sometimes known as '180tc') has provided high-quality residential programs in Australia, supporting individuals seeking lasting recovery and life change.
Our programs include:
Men’s and Women’s Residential Programs
Day Programs
Aftercare Support
Smart Recovery
Early Intervention (through our #NotEvenOnce® School Program)
ONE80TC supports individuals experiencing substance use, mental health challenges and co-occurring conditions. Our programs focus on building independence, developing life skills and improving overall wellbeing.
These supports align with outcomes focused on capacity building, daily functioning and community participation.
We recognise the importance of both recovery and prevention. Through early intervention and community outreach, we work to educate and support individuals and families affected by these challenges.
Our programs operate as therapeutic communities, where participants are supported to reintegrate into society, rebuild relationships and prepare for employment, education and ongoing independence.
