The ONE80TC Aftercare Program provides vital long-term recovery support services for individuals transitioning from rehabilitation to independent living. Based in Greater Western Sydney, with outreach services extending to the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Hawkesbury regions, our aftercare program offers structured support to help prevent relapse and maintain sobriety.
We provide one-on-one addiction recovery services with an Alcohol and Other Drugs counsellor or caseworker, focusing on relapse prevention, assessment, and personalised aftercare plans for those recovering from alcohol and drug addiction or other life-controlling issues.
Our aftercare support for addiction includes intake, assessment, and the development of an individualised treatment plan over approximately six months. This program is designed to provide continued guidance and accountability, helping clients build a stable and healthy future. Participants should have completed a form of rehabilitation or detoxification treatment before entering the program to ensure they are ready for this next stage of recovery.
At ONE80TC, we welcome self-referrals as well as referrals from health professionals and support services. This free addiction recovery program offers weekly appointments for up to six months. Clients will complete a phone assessment, and upon acceptance, their appointments will be scheduled.
Our community-based addiction recovery program is designed to support men and women (18+) in maintaining their sobriety. It is ideal for individuals who have achieved a level of recovery—whether through our residential rehab programs, another rehab or detox program, or personal effort—and are seeking long-term recovery support services and accountability.
Unlike residential rehab programs, this flexible service removes common barriers to treatment, making it accessible for:
✔ Parents caring for children
✔ Individuals with work commitments

Despite being a non-residential rehab program, participants receive the same level of personalised care as our residential clients. Services include:
- Casework support AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) counselling
- Relapse prevention strategies

- Anger management programs
- Group therapy sessions
Our dedicated caseworkers also provide referrals to other essential services, including:
- Employment and housing assistance
